Why Wood Play Studio?

Step into Wood Play Studio where imagination meets sawdust and young people of all ages get hands-on with woodworking! Here, young makers dive into the world of design and building, discovering how simple ideas can become incredible creations. Through every project, participants learn valuable skills—like thinking creatively, solving tricky problems, and collaborating with new friends. It’s a place where learning feels like play, and play inspires learning!

Our Participants

Our studio is perfect for all young people whether home schooled, government schooled or somewhere in between. We can cater for participants with learning needs or those who are seeking more than what main stream education providers can offer. What really matters is a love of creating.

Safe and Supportive Environment

Safety comes first—our studio is thoughtfully arranged for young creators, and all tools and activities are supervised by experienced instructors. Each member of our team is a maker or artist with a talent for teaching and all the necessary certifications and insurances. You can relax knowing your child is learning and playing in a secure space.
